• Information from our partners or through other organizations (E.g. tax and regulations bureaus, government institutions, fraud prevention agencies, etc.)

All the personal data provided to JC SABAL and ASSOCIATES, CPAs are used to conduct everyday business purposes, perform obligations arising from contracts entered into with clients or partners, or for marketing.

By providing the personal information through the above mentioned channels or means, it is understood that an individual who owns the information allows JC SABAL and ASSOCIATES, CPAs to collect, use and share information with our partners, Personal Information Processors (PIPs), or in conformity to constitutional or statutory requirements.
