AUDIT

We provide quality and timely assurance services to meet your regulatory and statutory compliance requirements.
Our audit process is grounded on a rigorous understanding of each clients, their industry and environment. Since clients have placed their trust with us, we exert maximum effort to design and perform audit procedures to bring clarity to the organisation’s financial health and minimise risks of material misstatements to financial statements.

AGREED-UPON PROCEDURES

An agreed-upon procedures work is a special engagement in which an auditor is tasked to carry out selected audit related procedures to which the auditor, the entity and any appropriate third parties have agreed and to report on factual findings. The recipients of the report form their own conclusions from the report by the auditor. The report is restricted to those parties that have agreed to the procedures to be performed since others, unaware of the reasons for the procedures may misinterpret the results. For example, an agreed-upon procedures engagement may be commissioned by an entity which is acquiring another business. The entity may engage an audit to report on specific aspects of the business that it is buying.

REVIEW ENGAGEMENT

We provide review services, compliance check of financial statements, statutory reports and internal controls in place vis-a-vis the relevant standards, policies and regulatory requirements to which the Company is required to comply with.

COMPILATION SERVICES

Compilation services include gathering, preparation and presentation of financial statements and financial data without assurance to conformity with the applicable accounting standards. Compilation is less assurance type of service and is usually done jointly with our accounting teams.

OTHER NON-ASSURANCE SERVICES

SEC reporting and compliance

Aside from opinions for audited financial statements, we also accept requests for the preparation of General Form for Financial Statements (GFFS) and other reports, which will be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on an as-the-need-arises or annual basis as embodied in the Securities Regulation Code (R.A. 8799)

Assistance in applying with SEC for an increase in authorized capital stock

Preparing reports and certifications for cash payments or converting advances/liabilities to equity are the usual transactions that a service firm undertakes for client. We can help you comply with the technical requirements set by the SEC for increasing authorized capital stock. We can provide guidance in completing the basic needs and additional requirements depending on the kind of payment on subscription.
